ConfitaProduct use
Confita helps sellers receive requests, prepare quotes, share private links, facilitate Stripe- or Square-hosted checkout, and record manual payments. The seller remains responsible for accepting orders, fulfilling deliveries, handling food safely, and responding to the customer.
Payments
With a connected Stripe or Square account (bring-your-own), the card payment is recorded in the seller's own account, the provider handles payouts under the seller's payout settings, and Confita facilitates the checkout link and records its status without receiving or holding the funds and without adding any application fee; the seller is responsible for provider fees, refunds, disputes, and manual payments. With Confita Payments, buyers pay through a Confita-controlled account: Confita charges one all-in per-transaction fee of 3.9% + $0.30 in the charge currency (CAD or USD) with card processing included, settles payouts to the seller's linked bank account, and processes refunds and disputes; the disclosed fee is not returned on refunds.
Subscription, trial, and renewal
Confita Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. Outside Mexico, a payment method is required to start the trial. In Mexico the trial starts without one: nothing is charged unless you add a card before the trial ends, and without a card the subscription ends with the trial. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing. Before you consent, checkout (or the screen where you add your card) shows the recurring amount, currency, billing interval, first charge date, and automatic-renewal terms. You can cancel without penalty from Shop > Account > Billing. For subscriptions sold in Mexico, Confita sends a reminder at least five calendar days before the first charge or renewal. The first-100 Mexico price of $99 MXN monthly or $799 MXN yearly is claimed when the subscription's card is added and stays locked only while the subscription remains continuously active. Cancellation, non-payment, or expiration forfeits that launch price.
Content and access
The seller controls photos, products, text, availability, and payment details published or shared in private links. We may pause access if the product is used for fraud, spam, abuse, or prohibited sales.
Agent actions
If you connect Confita to ChatGPT, you remain responsible for reviewing changes. Confita requires approval before publishing, changing prices, archiving products, sending messages, and making other changes that affect customers. You can revoke the connection at any time.
Availability
Confita is in early launch. There may be changes, limits, or service interruptions while we improve the product.
